The Tamburitza Association of America is proud to be holding this year’s Extravaganza in our birthplace…St. Louis, Missouri! The Sheraton Westport Chalet will be our host hotel on September 24th – 29th, 2025!

From a display of 51 original Slavic costumes, kolo dance workshops, singing get-togethers, and best of all, the orchestras from across the United States and Canada who are coming to perform for this Extravaganza! A room rate of $159/plus tax for our event. This rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after our Extravaganza. Phone reservations: Call 888-627-7066 and mention Tamburitza Association of America. Reservations must be made by September 10, 2025 for the special room rate. Reservations made after that date will be subject to the hotel’s discretion. Reservations must be canceled within 7 days of the Extravaganza to avoid penalty.

Note: If the Chalet tells you that we are sold out, ask them to place you at the other Sheraton on the property… just across the lawn from the Chalet. It is in the same complex and can easily be walked.
The Wednesday and Sunday dates are the ones that may sell out at the Chalet.
Transportation

Extravaganza Transportation
Westport Plaza is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from St. Louis International Airport on Highway 270.
The Sheraton Westport Chalet offers a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to/from the airport from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
For those driving, there is complimentary parking in the garage and on the surface lots.

There are approximately 15 dining establishments on the Westport property, all within walking distance. The Sheraton Chalet also has a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner available.
